Orion, a South Korean company, has been on the Russian food market for 30 years since it started exporting here in 1993. Choco Pie and Choco Boy, which hit the shops first, have already won a special place in hearts of Russian consumers. The company constantly evolves and develops new products such as Choco Boy Safari, Gouté, Crack IT, Choco Chip, Mr. Bagetti and Fresh Pie, as well as expands its production facilities.

On September 9, 2020, a foundation stone was laid at the construction site of the new Orion International Euro factory. The investment volume amounted to more than 5 billion rubles, 355 employment opportunities were provided. The new factory has the total area of 42.467 m², which is 4 times bigger than the old one. Choco Boy and Choco Pie lines have been doubled, and it is to install an additional line for Choco Pie, as its monthly production exceeds 600,000 corrugated boxes on average. The land plot was chosen next to the M-10 "Russia" highway, which goes through the territory of the Moscow, Tver, Novgorod and Leningrad regions.

"Orion Company is one of the leaders of confectionery market. Today we have laid the foundation of the new production line in the Tver region. This project is to provide the region with a large volume of production, cargo turnover, and tax liabilities. This is a significant contribution to the development of the economy of the Upper Volga region," the Governor told the press service of the Government of the Tver Region.
