One of the tracks of Orion’s social responsibility is the organization of environmental events and corporate volunteering activities in which employees of all branches from Moscow to Vladivostok participate.

Eco-activities

The company's main annual environmental event is Plogging. This is an eco-activity which combines participants jogging around the area and picking up litter.

Not only our employees but also their families and friends participate in this activity. The locations are selected with help of our partners – charity foundations.

In 2024, the campaign became nationwide: the total number of participants across all Orion branches exceeded 100 people, the activities expanded to improving playgrounds and planting trees.

Corporate Volunteering

As part of its corporate volunteering program, Orion also organizes charitable events in which our employees participate.

We strive to provide our employees with the opportunity to make a personal contribution to society and become part of a volunteering activity.

For example, in 2023 we organized a nationwide “Gift basket” campaign: our employees painted shopping bags and made food baskets for children from large families before beginning of the school year.
